Tipper Buckets for Forklift
The tipping buckets produced by Sall are the ideal solution for the collection, transport and unloading of industrial waste, shavings, scraps and scrap in an easy and safe way. All the models of tipping containers of the Sall line are in fact CE marked and equipped with reinforcements, safety systems including anti-tipping mechanism and automatic forklift unloading. Thanks to Wheeled design, compact and anti-cut with certified high load capacity they can also be easily moved both by hand and with a forklift, thus ensuring both maximum practicality and flexibility of use by the operator and the safe collection and unloading of large volumes of materials.
All models are available in powder coated steel in standard colors orange, blue, grey, green, light blue. Upon request they can be made in galvanized steel, stainless steel and painted steel of any other color.

Scrap Buckets and Tipping Containers in Mesh
Sall mesh tipping containers are ideal for collecting bulky materials and waste such as cardboard, plastic, wood, polystyrene. The models have steel mesh walls and a steel sheet base designed for the installation of the decantation tank and the ball valve to separate liquids from materials.
The standard models are available in the typical colours of separate waste collection to further facilitate disposal operations in the company. The compact design with wheels and forklift-mounted, together with the high certified capacity (2000 kg), allows maximum practicality in the movement of heavy loads both by hand and with a forklift. Sall mesh tipping containers can also be painted in any colour and produced in stainless steel or galvanized steel.

Tipping Bucket with Ground Loading
This type of tipping bucket allows the loading on the ground of any type of loose goods, powders, sand, stones and can be used to clear snow in the winter. It can be used with a forklift and is also equipped with an accidental anti-tipping safety device and an unloading mechanism that can be activated by the operator from the forklift seat thanks to a rope. The proposed model can be customized in terms of capacity, dimensions and, upon request, it can also be made of galvanized or stainless steel and painted in any other color (the standard colors are: orange, blue, gray, green and light blue).

Polyethylene tipping bucket
High-density ecological polyethylene tipping bucket ideal for transporting scrap, scrap, materials and production waste of various kinds. The bucket is equipped with a watertight settling tank to allow the correct separation of any liquid residues from the contents and a release and tipping device using a rope to allow the operator to completely empty the bucket without having to leave the driving seat of the forklift. Also available in the version without tipping device to be used as a practical push-wheel container.

Technical Features of Sall Tipper Buckets
- Certified quality steel structure with reinforcements and large handle.
- Reinforcements on the outside wall of the discharge side and smooth inside. This allows the contents to be completely discharged and makes the tipper container extremely resistant to impacts.
- Tipping mechanism operated by a lever by the operator while remaining seated inside the vehicle.
- Retaining hook for semi-automatic tipping and re-hooking of the bucket after unloading operations.
- Anti-slip safety chain to hold the tipping bucket in place during forklift handling and unloading operations. During manual operations, the chain must be stored in its housing.
- Forklift fork guides with wedge-shaped end section acting as an anti-break-in limit stop.
- Shaped basin at the base designed for installation of a decantation system and liquid drainage at any time.
- 2 fixed wheels and 2 swivel wheels with high capacity.
- Anti-tip mechanism for maximum safety during handling.

Accessories Available for All Sall Tipper Buckets
- Decantation system with grid and ball valve applicable at any time. The grid holes have a diameter of 4 mm.
- Hydraulic cylinder with built-in compensator that self-adjusts according to the flow rate. The hydraulic cylinders are mounted inside the overall dimensions of the tipping containers so that their installation does not involve an increase in size.
- Internal anti-noise rubber coating. Ideal for industry, metalworking, general carpentry work. The coating has a thickness of 15 mm, is fixed with screws with self-locking nut and upper fixing edge in galvanized steel.
- Wheel locking brake for maximum stability when stationary.
- Removable steel lid with two handles.
- Hinged and foldable half-length galvanized steel lid.
- Internal lining in watertight polyethylene, ideal for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
