The standard models are equipped with air vents, single or twin hinged doors, built-in certified spill containment pallet.
Welding and watertight are UNI EN ISO 3834:2-2021 compliant (current version of EU standard) to guarantee the products’ quality and maximum usage safety.
The air vents are designed for the optimal natural air flow within the cabinets, this is necessary to prevent dangers that could stem from a possible internal gas saturation.
The integrated spill containment pallet id equipped with a self-supporting heavy load grid that can be easily removed for most efficient cleansing and inspecting operations.
On request the spill pallet can be delivered also with internal acid-proof coating made of a special plastic material. Thanks to this coating you can benefit of both the durability and sturdiness of the steel structure and plastic spill sump resistance to acids and corrosive liquids. Hot dip galvanized steel storage cabinets for 1 IBC
For acids and corrosive liquids models can be equipped with specific spill pallet’s plastic coating.
Model ECO 719 is a practical storage solution designed for both indoor and outdoor storage of 1 IBC (1000 liters) or smaller recipients.
ECO 719 IBC cabinet is available in the following versions:
- ECO 719 Z made of galvanized steel
- ECO 719 ZB made of blue overpainded galvanised steel structure
- ECO 719 BZ made of galvanised steel top and sides and bue overpainted spilll containment pallet and base.
Any other colour painting is available on request.

ECO731 models are designed for IBC tilted support usage (Code: SPC 102Z) and for flammables air vents (Code: GV 731).
These storage cabinets can be effectively used for both IBC emptying and filling operations as well as for the IBC indoor and outdoor storage.
ECO731 is ideal for liquids that do not require thermal insulated storage whereas the ECO371IT model is suitable for all the liquids that must not undergo thermal shocks and humidity.
The ECO 731 IT version provide in fact the optimal thermal insulation thanks to the interposition of 50 mm mineral wool among galvanized steel panels.
This is the model suggest to prevent overheating caused by sunlight as well as condensation during cold weather.

Galvanized steel bunded IBC cabinets with coorugated walls
For acids and corrosive liquids the internal specific plastic coating is available on request.
IBC safety cabinet for 1 IBC (1000 liters) storage with built-in spill containment pallet made of grey overpainted steel spill pallet.
The heavy load and self-supporting hot- dip galvanized spill pallet’s grid is easily removable for efficient cleansing and inspection of the spill pallet.
Walls and top are made of galvanized and press-bent corrugated steel, inner walls are also equipped with 500 mm high spalshguards.
Hinged doors are equipped with key locking system and the feet (height 90mm) are designed for ground fixing.
ECO 731NZ model, like all other models of this line, can be handled with forklift truck of adequate capacity thanks to its fork extensions.
Air vents for flammable liquids storage are available on request and have a passage area equal to 1/30 of the plant surface to prevent internal flammable vapours saturation.

Steel 2 IBC storage cabinets – suitable for hazardous, polluting and flammable substances
Model ECO 732 L is available also as insulated version.
For acids and corrosive liquids the spill containment pallet can be equipped with plastic internal coating.
IBC storage cabinet with no thermal insulation for storing 2 IBCs (1000 liters).
Its structure made of certified steel is equipped with an integrated watertight tested spill pallet, open doors holder doors and standard air vents.
The spill pallet has a standard capacity of 1000 liters and is equipped with a heavy load and self-supporting steel grid made of hot-dip galvanized steel that makes it easily removable to allow easy and safe inspection and cleansing operations.
Hinged doors are provided with key locking system to prevent unqualified Personnel from accessing the depot. On request, alarm systems are available.

Insulated IBC cabinet for the storage of 2 IBC. This model is suitable for all those liquids that must not undergo thermal shock and must maintain their properties, otherwise risking development of dangerous reactions. Thermal insulation is guaranteed thanks to its mineral wool panels, 50 mm thick, enclosed in walls, doors and roof top.
The structure is provided with an internal height specifically designed to serve as storage and dosing station, predisposed for the application of inclined supports to facilitate transfer operations.
Like all the other IBC cabinets of this line it is is also equipped with built-in spill pallet (1000 lt capacity) and removable hot-dip galvanized steel grating, anti-intrusion locking system, standard air vents and hooks to lock doors in open position for easy handling operations.
