Metal Pallets
Metal pallets ideal for transporting, handling and storing heavy goods and materials in the warehouse. Sall manufactures platforms and pallets made of iron (quality carbon steel, certified and traceable) hot-dip galvanized and powder-coated, ideal for heavy loads, logistics and for those sectors that require high resistance, durability and capacity. The pallets have the standard sizes typically used in all sectors and that allow easy passage through industrial doors with forklifts and lift trucks:
- 1200 x 1000 x 120 (H) mm
- 1200 x 800 x 120 (H) mm
- 1000 x 800 x 120 (H) mm
The capacity, depending on the model, is 1000 kg, 1500 kg or 2000 kg. Upon request, Sall produces iron pallets, hot-dip galvanized steel according to the customer's specifications for capacity, dimensions and surface treatment.
Sall metal pallets are available in versions with a 2- or 3-crossbar base, with a reversible double bottom. The support base for the goods, depending on the model, is made with:
- Structural profiles EN 10219
- S235JR press-bent steel profiles
- Removable wooden plate, inserted inside the perimeter containment edge
- Removable rubber plate inside the perimeter containment edge – On request

How to Choose the Right Metal Pallet?
When choosing a metal pallet you need to consider:
- Certified load capacity (Kg)
- Dimensions:
- Support base for the goods, it can be made of steel, wood or rubber depending on the needs.
For goods that could be damaged or even slip easily from the pallet, a rubber or wooden base is recommended, both removable and replaceable. The wooden base is suitable for indoor use while the rubber base is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, as it is not subject to damage from atmospheric agents as wood is. - Material:
- Hot-dip galvanized steel: ideal for outdoor storage
- Painted steel: suitable for outdoor storage and ideal for distinguishing raw materials and packaged goods in the warehouse by color.
- Stainless steel: for the food industry and clean rooms.

Metal Pallets with Wooden Support Base
Ideal for delicate materials, goods and raw materials. The wooden base is inserted inside the containment edges in anti-cut worked steel for easy and safe operations of removal or replacement of the wooden plate. On request, the version with rubber support base for outdoor operations is also offered.
Both the rubber and wooden bases are non-slip, making this pallet particularly suitable for materials that might otherwise slip off the pallet during regular operations.

Reversible Double Bottom Metal Pallet
The fully welded structure compliant with UNI EN ISO 3834-2:2021 has exceptional resistance thanks to the reinforcements needed to support operations on both sides. Sall double-bottom metal pallets have a capacity of 2000 kg and, like all models in the line, can be moved in 4 ways for maximum flexibility and comfort of use with a forklift or pallet truck.
