2 IBC modular storage buildings

ECO 732 modular bunded stores are the most compact building suitable for both outdoor and indoor storage of 2 IBC and can also be used also as a practical dosing and emptying station.
The height has in fact been designed to leave a large upper free space in order to facilitate manual operations such as filling and liquid withdrawal from IBCs, allowing to leave a pump always inserted in the upper loading mouth.

Technical features:

• Walls, doors and roof top made of galvanized press-bent metal sheet.
• Removable galvanized grid support for cleaning the spill pallet.
• 1 storage level.
• Hinged doors with locking system.
• Spill containment pallet (safety collection tank) – 1000 lt. Volume Capacity.
• Optional Air vents for the storage of flammable material – passage area equal to 1/30 of the plant surface – Code GV732.
• Optional insulated roof top, made of 50 mm thick mineral wool sandwich enclosed by galvanized sheet metal panels on both sides – Code TS 732.

Optional internal anti-acidic coating of the spill pallet or spill pallet entirely made of stainless steel for corrosive substances.

Modular storage buildings for 4 IBCs

MCO K4 versions have 2 storage levels and allow the storage of 2 IBC on each level.

Technical features:

• Walls, doors and roof top made of galvanized steel profiles, with high relief corrugated sheet metal claddings
• Internal structure made of rolled steel profiles welded together according to static requirements
• 2 storage levels
• Sliding doors with locking system
• Storage levels consisting of removable hot-dip galvanized grids
• Spill pallet with capacity equal to 1/3 of total storage volume
• Galvanized sheet inlets to convey any leaks inside the spill pallet
• 100 mm height from the ground thanks to steel feet, equipped with perforated plates for ground fixing
• Security strikings at the bottom

Optional internal plastic coating of the spill pallet for acids containment as well as the stainless steel spill containment base are available on request.

Modular bunded units of the  MCO KB4 serie are present 2 storage levels which allows the storage of 4 IBCs on each floor.
As all the model of this line, also these models are equipped with integrated spill containment system welded at the base and watertight tested and certified.

Modular storage units of the MCO K8 serie allow the safe outdoor and indoor storage of 8 IBC on 2 storage levels and are equipped with built-in spill pallet at the bottom of the structure.

Modular bunded IBC stores of  MCO K8 serie allow the storage of 8 IBC on 2 storage levels and are equipped with built-in spill pallet at the bottom of the structure.
