The project has been concluded “New Skills for Digital and Circular Production”, a training initiative that involved 69 workers with the aim of strengthening digital and circular skills across all company functions.
The route has foreseen 10.350 hours total of training, equal to 150 hours per person, developed through a concrete approach of training on the job, aimed at ensuring the immediate application of skills in operational contexts.
The project was carried out with the contribution of the New Skills Fund – 3rd edition, within the framework of the National Programme "Youth, Women, and Work 2021-2027", co-financed by the European Union.
The initiative represented an important recognition for the company, in a highly selective context that saw approximately 10% of the more than 23.000 participating companies admitted.
Il New Skills Fund – Skills for Innovation It is a measure aimed at companies that promotes the professional development of workers by covering the costs of working hours dedicated to training.
The project has contributed concretely to:
- accelerate innovation processes
- improve operational efficiency
- strengthen corporate sustainability and resilience
- develop key skills to address the challenges of the global market
The route represented a strategic investment in people, a central element for theevolution of the organization.
Through the development of new skills, it was possible to strengthen the business capacity to face transformations related to the digitization and the circular economy, contributing to the construction of an increasingly aware and efficient production model.
