Protecting people, the workplace and protecting the environment are the most important responsibilities for Sall.
The choices made by Justrite Italia for the protection of the environment and personnel are reflected both in the system certifications and production standards (such as UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011, StaWaR) and in lean production and in all those systems to minimize environmental impact.
In this regard, Justrite Italia promptly took action not only for the installation of the photovoltaic park, but also strongly supported the implementation of the ISO 14001 standard, reorganized production and created, tailor-made and according to very precise specifications, cutting-edge machinery that minimize emissions, consumption, waste and scrap.
Among these, one of the most important commissioned is the plant dedicated to powder coating.
This fully automated system is in fact able to dose plastic resins exactly, almost completely eliminating plastic waste, and significantly reducing water consumption, fossil fuels and dust emissions into the atmosphere.
Among the green choices, it is also worth noting the adoption of only water-based paints and primers for the liquid painting system.
Monitoring energy consumption and emissions is an integral part of the 2023 annual planning relating to Justrite Italia's Green policies and will be the basis for further consumption reduction projects.
Still with regards to certifications, Justrite Italia has also started all the necessary procedures in order to obtain the prestigious ESG (Environmental Social Governance) certification.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT WITH MINIMUM ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
As for the development of new products, from autumn 2023, products for industrial use will be in large-scale production that will not only require lower energy consumption in the production phase but will also allow for further optimization of efficiency, consumption and safety.
The quality, efficiency and maximum safety level of all Sall brand products are guaranteed by careful design in compliance with the most demanding regulations and standards (design also validated by a certification body for REI fireproof storage solutions), by both virtual and prototyping tests, certified production, traceability of the construction materials used, testing and quality tests compliant with the most rigorous standards (such as UNI EN ISO 3834:2-2021 which certifies the quality of welding and watertightness).
